Important Guidelines for the Performance

 SPECTATORS: 

We are not limiting the number of spectators; therefore, social distancing will not be able to be able to be maintained.  Masks are your choice and are not required.  It will be standing room only and you will be moving around the gym following your child as they perform.  For the safety of our athletes, small children will NOT be allowed to run around the gym.  They will need to be at your side or in your arms at ALL times.  Shoes will be removed in the waiting area prior to entering the gym. 

 PARKING: 

Parking is limited.  Please park in the normal two rows (see attached diagram).  Do not block the ramp coming into the parking lot, nor the end of the driveway past the gym, so people can pull in and turn around.  We have an automatic sprinkler system, so please DO NOT park on the lawn.  Additional parking will be in the field, if needed. 

 TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE:

The performance will be around 30-40 minutes and then medals will be awarded to each student.  Medals and parent's pictures should take around 10 minutes.  Once your child's group is finished, please do not stay and visit with other parents.  In order to have the parking work, we need to have each group gone before the next one arrives.  If you arrive early to the performance and the previous group is still at the gym, please wait outside until we invite you in.  If the previous group is finished and out of the gym, you are welcome to come in the gym upon arrival. 

 If you have not picked up your performance leotard or shorts, we have them at the gym and you can pick them up next week or the day of the performance.  Please have their hair pulled up and some make up is suggested.  Boys please wear black or gray shorts and no socks.

 There WILL BE class the following week.  We have a fun week planned to celebrate their hard work and dedication.  Pictures should be passed out that week as well.  Watch your email and here for picture updates.
