Volunteers Needed!

We need lots of volunteers for our performance on April 24th.  We will need help moving the equipment to and from the High School.  We will move the equipment at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th and back that evening after the performance.

We also need volunteers to sit with the students and help keep them organized going on and off the floor during the performance.

If you would like to help, there are sign up sheets at the gym or contact Maurie at 886-9071.  We would greatly appreciate anyone that can help!  Thank you!

Just in time for Valentine's Day!  While you and your sweetheart take a much deserved break, drop your children off at Star Gymnastics.  Their evening will be filled with a variety of fun activities and games . . . they will not want the night to end!  $10 a child, please call to register.

No Class Monday, January 18th!

There will be no classes today, Monday, January 18th.  Monday's classes will have class on Friday, January 22nd!

Half-Time Performance Feb 5th!

We will be performing at the half-time of the Boys Varisty game on February 5th!  Come watch us tumble!  Game starts at 7:30.

Camp with Utah State University's Ray Corn

Next weekend we will be traveling to Rock Springs for a three day camp with USU's former head coach Ray Corn.  Ray Corn was the head coach for USU's gymnastics team for over 30 years.  He works closely with our program and is a great resource.  We appreciate all that he does for us!  For more information check out this article http://www.utahstateaggies.com/sports/w-gym/spec-rel/053008aab.html.

Christmas Camp Day 2 - Levels 3 and Up

It was a full and fun-filled day! We all worked on new skills!  For some it was, punch fronts, front handsprings, back handsprings, back and front limbers, kips, cartwheels on the beam; and for others it was back tucks, layouts, flyaways, and much more!

After so much gymnastics, we were tired; it was time for games!  Red Rover was our favorite!

We worked hard; we conquered many skills.  It was exciting; we tried new skills, squat onto low bar, tap swings on high bar, bridge kick overs, handstands and cartwheels on low beam!
